<p>Financial Planning Systems Manager </p>
<p>Responsibilities<br />
•	Manages the financial planning and reporting tools and ensures the interfaces are providing accurate and timely support with focus on increased efficiencies and ease of reporting.<br />
•	Serves as Finance liaison with IT to drive the development of financial planning and reporting tools and interfaces (Data Warehouse, Oracle.) Attends meetings and gains knowledge from outside resources or sister brands/Corporate to progress projects.<br />
•	Ensures that security, user access rights, license count management, training, changes in models and availability of financial planning and reporting tools is functioning optimally and documentation is accurate<br />
•	Coordinates efforts across groups at the beginning of a project to build inclusive solutions when multiple departments are impacted.<br />
•	Keeps the Director of Finance informed of progress and engages when required to resolve significant issues/bottlenecks.<br />
•	Serves as a back-up for financial consolidations and systems administration.<br />
•	Reviews and directs the additional features, data integrity, disaster recovery, development environment, and server performance.<br />
•	Develops reports from financial databases that provide accurate and meaningful information.<br />
•	Maintains policies and procedures for system consolidations, security access rights, change in business requirements and recurring processes.<br />
•	Develops and maintains procedure documents for the department that explain the structure, accessibility, naming convention, and how to use the financial databases.<br />
•	Conducts a minimum of two training sessions per year for team members showing how to access financial data, develop reports and ensure consistency.<br />

<p>Requirements<br />
•	Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience.<br />
•	CPA designation is a plus.<br />
•	Six years of progressively responsible managerial experience in financial systems, such as, Essbase knowledge, Oracle General Ledger.<br />
•	Six years of experience in corporate financial consolidation planning and analysis, including experience with data warehouse and dashboard reporting.<br />

<p>POSITION SUMMARY<br />
IT Manager develops programs and oversees current and new staff to be onboarded to ensure transparency to IT capacity given IT delivery and O&#038;M demands. •         Manages IT system and process rollout of PM tools; Perform Tool needs assessment/selections and implementations of PM support systems e.g., Primavera and estimation tools.<br />
•         Oversees staff to support administrative processes required to ensure data quality and provide subject matter expertise.<br />
•         Identifies future automation opportunities.</p>
<p>Performance Measurement/Portfolio Status and Transparency<br />
•         Defines and oversees project information reporting for various stakeholders’ views and modes of delivery, including but not limited to, metric definition, project/portfolio dashboards and project status reporting.<br />
•         Develops ad hoc project operations reports as needed for Office of the CIO and IT Finance.</p>
<p>PM Consulting/Advice/Coaching<br />
•         Acts as project manager coach and mentor for those within the PMO project office and all Company IT project teams to ensure portfolio stability.<br />
•         Provides other advisement and process development activities as assigned </p>
<p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities<br />
•         Good knowledge and understanding of human behavior, as well as business management, operations, and strategy<br />
•         Broad knowledge of business and information technology management including capacity planning/resource management, policy determination and project cost reporting<br />
•         Excellent Business Intelligence background and reporting skills to ensure various stakeholder information needs are met<br />
•         Excellent MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word and excellent Primavera skills<br />
•         Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills<br />
•         Analytical ability to identify issues and develop solutions<br />
•         Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br />
•         Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work<br />
•         Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)<br />
•         Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with all PMO stakeholders including coworkers, business resources, clients, vendors, members, providers and customers</p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS<br />
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience<br />
Preferred Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field </p>
<p>Required Experience:<br />
6-8 years direct staff management experience<br />
3-5 years staff development experience<br />
5 years strategic planning experience<br />
2 years portfolio management process and planning experience<br />
Experience overseeing report development and business intelligence programs for organizational stakeholders   </p>
<p>Preferred Experience:<br />
10 years direct staff management experience<br />
5 years working with insourcing and outsourcing of IT Infrastructure<br />
Experience establishing PMO’s and associated processes<br />
8 years strategic planning including P&#038;L responsibilities<br />
3-5 years contract negotiation experience </p>
<p>Required Licensure/Certification:<br />
PMI &#8211; Project Management Professional (PMP)<br />
Preferred Licensure/Certification:<br />
PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt</p>
