Position Summary

This position is responsible for implementing the configuration design for our conversion solutions (Chat, Click to Call, Product Recommendations, Guides etc) to ensure that we are properly tagged, designed and tested before go live. Project Methods & Services Manager

Job Summary

Works with IT to lead project management methodology development and continuous improvement. Standardizes and reinforces execution of the Company delivery methods, project management processes and tools and communicates to impacted stakeholders. Through standard methods and services, measures the increased capability and capacity of the Company to successfully deliver projects. Ensures alignment of methodology and processes as well as incorporation of best practices across the Company’s PMOs to improve project performance and delivery. Also ensures proactive compliance with established procedures and toolsets while establishing repeatable processes. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the PMO process activities and also provides Project Manager mentoring, coaching and training.

Essential Functions

• General Responsibilities

o Facilitates project management best practices and collaboration, in addition to training and other support services to increase the success of Project Managers, for example, estimation facilitation.

o Provides process guidance and leadership in all PMO activities.

o Creates and delivers process presentations to management and other key stakeholders.

o Champions continuous process improvement.

o Acts as liaison with all departments regarding process control services and tools.

o Fosters team building and synergy, sets team priorities, and resolves team conflicts.

o Champions positive culture, philosophy and value.

• Standards, Methods, Templates and Process

o Develops, maintains and facilitates development and continuous improvement of solution delivery methodology, process, templates and tools.

o Ensures methodology and process alignment with other Company/PMO/Project Offices groups.

o Captures and disseminates best practices.

o Coordinates change management process with project managers and other PMO processes per change management guidelines.

o Coordinates methodology consistency across other PMO organizations within the Company, including identification and rollout of best practices.

o Develops various knowledge sharing databases, repositories and references/resources for PM support.

• PM Communication and Collaboration

o Develops and delivers the formal communication and collaboration/rollout of new processes.

o Develops and facilitates a PM community within the Company to promote the informal exchange of ideas, expertise and experiences.

o Develops IT sharepoint/web content for knowledge sharing.

o Facilitates new hire orientation.

• PM Competency and Training

o Develops and conducts training on project management, business analysis, solution delivery lifecycle methodology to project manager’s business analysts and other stakeholders (live training, asset library/sharepoint, ad hoc knowledge sharing and advisory/consulting services).

o Assesses PM skills and develops targeted training programs for PMs based on level of maturity and role within the organization. Includes coordination with other PMO functions for ongoing training and delivery of PM tool suites and process implementations.

• PM Consulting/Advice/Coaching

o Acts as project manager coach and mentor.

o Supports and facilitates teams to apply established standards to key aspects of the project lifecycle management (scope, schedule, resources, budget, and change management).

• Project Administration Support/PM Help Desk

o Develops and facilitates service programs (e.g., facilitation) and provides ad hoc support needed for PM’s.

o Provides support for key aspects for project administration (plan setup, project launches, resource loading, and change request support).

• Project Coordination Support

o Develops and maintains training and standards for project coordinators especially those dedicated to large projects leveraging Project Manager’s time and expertise (possible future competency).

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

o Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills

o Thorough understanding of current methodologies and SDLC

o Ability to develop and maintain appropriate and practical project management methodologies

o Excellent MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word

o Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills

o Broad business management background including resource management and policy determination

o Analytical ability to identify issues and develop solutions

o Ability to abide by Company policies

o Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work

o Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

o Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with all PMO stakeholders including coworkers, business resources, clients, vendors, members, providers and customers

Required Experience:

6-8 years project management experience

1-3 years PMO experience

5 yrs strategic planning experience

5 yrs SDLC and methodology experience

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience

Required Licensure/Certification:

PMI – Project Management Professional (PMP)

Preferred Education:

MBA, MS Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

Preferred Experience:

10+ years project management experience

Experience establishing PMO

Preferred Licensure/Certification:

PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt

NETWORK ENGINEER
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of the technical infrastructure. Ensure optimal performance and availability of all enterprise systems. Manage multiple projects and technical responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education: BS/BA in Business Admin, Computer Science or related field desirable. Equivalent combination of education & experience will be considered.

Experience:
At least 4-years experience in Microsoft Server systems administration. At least 3-years experience in WAN and LAN networking systems. Working knowledge of enterprise server installation and administration. Working knowledge of LAN/WAN design and administration. Working knowledge of managed care operations desirable. The position requires expert technical skills, effective communications skills with all levels of the company in order to be successful. Microsoft Server systems concepts and administration. LAN/WAN concepts and administration. Computer hardware installation and operations, including servers & peripherals. Project management skills and tools. Strong experience in Cisco-based products and solutions are preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) highly desirable.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) highly desirable.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Take a lead role to develop, document, optimize and maintain the WAN, LAN and Server systems. Also responsible for capacity planning and to measure key metrics related to these systems.
• Apply expert knowledge of data systems to maximize daily system availability and performance to all internal and external customers. Provide expert solutions to minimize system outages.
• Ensure on-time completion of tasks and projects following proper procedures and processes in place and provide timely updates to managers.
• Manage multiple system projects, which affect several departments and /or company business processes.
• Safeguard the company’s operating data through a formalized and documented program of security administration and data backups.
• Effectively utilize both written and spoken methods to communicate complex concepts to all levels of staff in a clear, concise manner.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement in departmental operations and services.
• Foster open communications and ensure effective working relationships with coworkers and users.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
