We are looking for an application support expert (preferably with Thomson Reuters products) who has experience working directly with vendors for troubleshooting solutions (preferably directly with Thomson Reuters).
Our client used Thomson Reuters to help deploy many applications at their company. The client is currently going through upgrades to Office 10, Office 365, Adobe DC, etc. and need somebody to help with the ticket support.
Currently the internal helpdesk has about 40 troubleshooting tickets and about 20 of these are Thomson Reuters related.
The application support expert will manage all Thomson Reuters troubleshooting tickets with the current helpdesk, sys admins and IT team. The application support expert will be the primary interface with Thomson Reuters conveying technical issues and relaying the solutions to the team as well as providing hands on tech support when applicable or necessary.
