IT Application Analyst (Fiserv “Premier”) – Los Angeles, Ca 90017 Contract or Contract to Hire

• Responsible for aligning the business strategies of the Bank with its technology. Communicates with external vendors and internal teams to review, analyze, evaluate,

and support business systems. Acts as liaison between technology teams, support teams, and business units, and senior management.

• Support complex high profile projects and objectives to streamline processes throughout the Company
• Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process

improvements or re-engineering, integrating new systems and processes with existing ones; and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems

provided meet the long-term business strategies

• Ability to analyze and create business and technical requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
• Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations
• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to

others in the application of information and best practices

• Stay current with institutions needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods to communicate updates and findings;

and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences including senior management, lines of business, and technical staff

• Support system conversions, upgrades, enhancements
• Deliver work products throughout the project life cycle.
• Performing all assigned duties under Company’s compliance programs and related laws & regulations.
• Successfully complete all mandatory training on related Company’s and BSA compliances as well as other laws and regulations as assigned and in a timely manner.

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of Information Technology operation and development experience is preferred.
• 3-5 year Banking system experience is preferred (Fiserv experience a plus).
• Demonstrated strong written and oral communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to apply information technology in the business process and present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly languages.
• Required MIS skills including: MS-Windows programming (language not restricted, intermediate level), MS-Server Admin (is a plus), MS Office suite (advanced level)
• Fluency in Mandarin is desired but not required.
