Job Title: Service Desk Analyst
Location: Thousand Oaks, Ca
Duration: Roughly 1 year contract (NOT open to 3rd party vendors – Unable to support H1, VISA, etc.)

Reports to: Senior Systems Manager

Under general supervision of the Service Desk Manager, provide software, hardware and network problem resolution, installation and configuration to all system users by performing problem diagnosis and guiding end-users through step-by-step solutions; clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner; provide one-on-one end-user training as needed; troubleshoot network printer problems; escalate more complex problems to appropriate team members; and perform related IT work as required.
