Position: Desktop Analyst (Windows)
Location: North Hollywood, Ca
This position is not open to 3rd party vendors and unable to support Visa, H1, EAD, etc.
Technology: Primarily PC’s and all Windows, a mix of cloud and local infrastructure, with some additional push to the cloud and some hosting at co-location facilities. Support includes mobile devices, phones, and printers.
Degrees Preferred: Bachelor’s, preferably in computer science or a related field
Reports to: Director, IT and works with other’s we’ve placed on the team and in company
Supervises/staff to oversee: None.
Size of Organization/# of Users: 200+ Ees
Collaborates with: All departments/ all levels

As the Tier 11/111 Desktop Analyst, you will be the primary support along with the Director, IT and the System’s Administrator. The job is standard hours, but Director IT is 24/7 support so overtime and availability for special projects and emergencies is standard. Looking for somebody to immediately jump in to work with Director IT to provide helpdesk and mostly hands-on desktop support on workstations, Cloud System support and general Windows operating systems.
As the Desktop Analyst, will need to be capable of level II support. Support is for internal users up to executives. There is very little external customer support.
