JOB OVERVIEW

Our client is looking for a Reimbursement Manager, for their Valencia, CA corporate office.  DKKD Staffing has staffed the Interim CIO to Helpdesk.

The primary function of this position implements internal processes and controls to ensure compliance with new and existing regulatory requirements.

“This role is the person who would act as the face of our client, for regulatory, provider, and government agencies.  They are essentially helping to ensure we are aware of updates on laws/regulations. 

NOTE: This is NOT a billing background role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for working with provider, government and advocacy agencies as assigned.
  • Communication of policy changes to appropriate internal staff.
  • Monitors regulatory agency policy changes to include research and communication of findings to internal sources.
  • Assisting in management of all reimbursement related issues and policies/procedures as assigned.
  • Responsible for communicating reimbursement related policy to internal sources.
  • Act as a resource to the organization for payer knowledge and support.
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS/BA degree preferred
  • 2 years management experience
  • Strong financial analysis, Compliance and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good detail orientation
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to travel, as needed

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • $93,000-125,000 annually, typical starting at $90-100K annually
