TITLE: IT Manager

LOCATION: Savannah, GA

STAFF TO OVERSEE: About 10 field techs

INTERNAL STAFF to SUPPORT: around 50

EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS to SUPPORT: around 300

Client might pay for relo for the right candidate.
MUST be US Citizen or Permanent Resident Green Card.
SALARY: $125k

JOB OVERVIEW: Our client is looking to hire an IT Manager, who has excellent customer facing skills, especially as an MSP, overseeing everything related to internal technical issues as well as external clients supported managing Telecom, Internet, IT, Cyber Security.

Tech Stack: Microsoft Suite, Cisco, Genesys, Avaya, Cloud, etc.
MSP Experience: Needs to have great customer service/ customer facing skills
