TITLE: Desktop / IT Tech Support

LOCATION: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309

OPEN TO RELOCATION

# OF IN-HOUSE USERS TO SUPPORT: under 500

REPORT TO: Director of IT

SALARY: $70-$110K DOE

REQUIRES: US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Green Card

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our client has several locations across US, but is looking to have somebody onsite, full-time at their Fort Lauderdale, Florida location as they migrate from/off an MSP model, back to in-house support.

Under the direction of the Director of IT, you will have the opportunity to help shape this growing company with your past experience and knowledge of technology for the future.

As the primary Desktop Support person, you will manage Office 365 day-to-day operations, some audio-visual support, networks, and support of AP switches and troubleshooting. You will be provided great tool to support the infrastructure.
