Job Title: Voice Technician

Duration: Long Term Contract

Location: Anaheim, CA

100% Onsite

Citizenship: MUST be US Citizen or Permanent Resident Green Card

Hourly Pay: $30-$40hr DOE – client willing to pay market rate for the right person

Onboarding Process:

• Selected Candidate must be willing to go to the closest Client office location as indicated by the project team to meet and greet with a Client team member prior to starting their assignment.
• If the candidate is not local, client will pay the expenses for the interview

Job Description:

• Establishes communication systems by installing, operating, and maintaining voice telecommunications network circuits and equipment.
  • Verifies service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms, and identifying, correcting, or escalating problems.
  • Documents network by labeling and routing cables and recording configuration diagrams and specifications.
  • Maintains safe work environment by following codes, standards, and legal regulations.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Updating work orders / incidents on time with detailed work notes.

Education, Experience:
• One to three years of related telecommunications experience
• Prior experience with VoIP (Cisco and Avaya)
• Minimum Certifications: Cisco Certified Technician Routing and Switching
