Job Title: Desktop Support Analyst III / Service Analyst 111 (Onsite w/ work, life balance flexibility)
Department: Technology Services Department
Location: Glendale, CA (ONSITE)
Division: Finance
Reports To: Technology Services Operations Manager
Salary: $89-$133 DOE/ Depending Upon Experience and is non-exempt (which means the role is hourly and the candidate will get paid $43-$64hr for OT/ Overtime when it applies)
Notes: FLSA Status – Nonexempt, US Citizenship or green Card required
REQUIREMENTS:
SUMMARY
The Desktop Support Analyst III will support the company’s use of personal computers, laptops, mobile devices, network connectivity, printing equipment – including all related hardware and software. Ideal candidate is organized, motivated, goal oriented and familiar with PC and Telecom hardware and software troubleshooting and problem diagnostics. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent writing skills are required for the development of clear and well-documented procedures.
Looking for hard technical, hands-on experience and automation and not a lead or project management.
