Title: Employee Relations Representative
Report To: Lead Employee Relations Specialist
Location: Santa Clarita, CA
Hours: M-F, 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: to be discussed
JOB OVERVIEW: This position will provide PHONE support for employees who feel they may need medical attention, be tested for COVID-19, how to cover sick pay, etc.
All training will be provided.
The phone support person will track information and schedules, so detail oriented data entry skills are crucial.
Excellent verbal communication required. Somebody with a calm, reasoning personality to make people feel at ease.
The Employee Relations Representative will be the point of contact for employees who have questions about what happens next.
This person must be organized, able to multi-task, keep information confidential, and be very dependable. You must also have excellent communication (both written and verbal) as you will be speaking to all levels of management during this assignment.
This person must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel (intermediate level), Outlook, and Powerpoint).
