TITLE: ERP Developer
LOCATION: Glendale, Ca (remote for now, but eventually onsite)

Hierarchy/ Report To: Director of Applications. Work on a team of about 10 with peers
Size of company: 1000+ employees
No staff to oversee and no budgetary responsibility
We are looking for an ERP Developer to replace the current developer who is retiring. The company is converting from JDE to Workday, so somebody who has worked with both systems, would be ideal, but preferably somebody familiar with Workday. Integration and migration will be 80% of this role along with the prep this year.
The challenge in finding the right person for this great company/ team is we need somebody who has experience working with financials, and not just HR and Payroll.

SUMMARY
The ERP Developer is the in-house technical expert for the development, administration, security setting, and support of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) software and any related data integration operations. This position is responsible for developing reports, customizing elements of the ERP and HCM software systems, being the technical lead for ERP and HCM release updates, overseeing security role creation and assignments, and participating in compliance and user audits.
