Job Description:
The Windows EUC Field Support Engineer will be a member of the onsite EUC support team, with their prime responsibility supporting MAC devices and Windows desktop, laptop and mobile computing devices for entertainment company End Users and Cast Members. The LTP support engineer provides customer service support in troubleshooting and supporting Windows operating systems, authorized applications and peripherals enabling the End User or Cast Member to perform their functions. Where there is a need, this engineer may be asked to provide support to colleagues who supports Mac devices and other onsite services; such as deployments, equipment pick-ups, move support, and other projects. |
