Size of staff to oversee: 27-35 (2 direct reports – Manager & Ops)
Reports To: Sr. Director of Ops
Reason for opening: Person has been in this role for 8 years and is moving into another industry. Current GM will provide knowledge transfer and be available for questions after he leaves
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As The General Manager is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of his or her assigned location, emphasizing the areas of Management of Customer Service, Operations, Human Resources, and Fleet Management and Maintenance. The General Manager is also responsible for optimizing the profitable revenue growth of the location with a strong sales focus and increasing the market share of the location through superior customer service.
