JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
As the primary HelpDesk person, you will be the 1st person everybody in the company contacts to help resolve any issues they are having with their computers, laptops, printers, phones, etc. If you are unable to troubleshoot the problem, the call will be escalated to management or an outsourced vendor.
You need to have experience with the technology below and extreme patience and understanding to support end users who may not be technical.
The Helpdesk Support Specialist will report directly to the Director of IT. Most of the software applications are supported with consulting firms and not in house, but the person should be able to troubleshoot when possible and have worked in a small company where they are the primary support person.
