Network Admin – Las Vegas, NV – Direct Hire Direct Hire/ Full Time Employee

TITLE: Network Admin (2 roles)
LOCATION: Las Vegas or Reno, NV, is preferred, but client is open to any of these locations: TX, Grand Rapids, MI, ATL, GA
SALARY: TBD
Shift: Most of the time it will be 8-5 M-F but it is IT in a datacenter environment, so flexibility is key when needed.
On Call: 1 week roughly every 3 months. Sometimes that can be a busy week for the person

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Network Admins will be a part of the Network Engineering team. You don’t need to be a routing protocols guru, but you are expected to know basic protocols, port config, IP addresses, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer kick offs.
- Set up customer networks and connectivity within company.
- Network Monitoring (Still Solarwinds present state)
- Escalated issues from the NOC.
Certifications: Current CCNA
