JOB #1: Network Systems Administrator III/ Network Systems focused.
DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Systems Administrator to manage our systems infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, modifying, and supporting the company’s computer systems and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who has a deep understanding of network and cybersecurity and works collaboratively with all departments and team members to successfully implement system procedures and protocols. This position is only open to applicants who reside in the Greater Los Angeles area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), network segments, intranets, and other data communication systems.
• Perform daily system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and critical processes.
• Ensures the highest level of system security and infrastructure through access controls, backups, and firewalls within the agency’s framework.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to systems, network configuration, and mapping.
• Manage Virtual and Physical servers, including email, print, and backup servers, and their associated operating systems and software.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Provide technical support to staff on complex IT issues.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
• 6+ years of proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
• Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), patch management, and cloud technologies.
• Aruba/ Cisco network systems or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• SonicWall firewall systems is a plus
• Ruckus network systems is a plus
• Veeam and Dell storage platform is a plus
• SSO (Okta) or similar is a plus.
• Azure cloud computing is a plus.
• NIST 800-171 or CMMC framework is a plus.
• Experience deploying SPF, DKIM and DMARC is a plus
• Ability to maneuver and communicate effortlessly through mixed digital communication channels.

JOB #2: Network Systems Administrator III / M365 focused
DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
We seek a competent and versatile senior IT systems administrator to manage the system environment. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, modifying, and supporting your company’s computer systems. The ideal candidate is an experienced administrator with a deep understanding of the Microsoft Cloud and on-premises systems, working with all departments and team members to help you successfully implement system procedures and protocols. This role is open only to candidates living in the Greater Los Angeles area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for implementation and troubleshooting of software and hardware solutions.
• Manage Microsoft Office 365 email in a hybrid Exchange environment.
•Perform hands on design, installation and maintenance of MS Windows Server 2019+, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 in a highly available, multi datacenter, digitally secure corporate enterprise IT environment.
• Responsible for developing technical project plans and testing procedures.
• Evaluate, test and implement vendor patches/upgrades to both hardware and software.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to identify functional and technical requirements.
• Responsible for developing comprehensive documentation for server and related application deployment, troubleshooting, and support.
• Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimal performance levels.
• Responsible for deployment and ongoing operation of virtualized infrastructure utilizing VMWare.
• Responsible for deployment and ongoing operation of multiple SQL Server instances.
• Responsible for migrating on-premises virtual machines (VMs) to cloud hosting providers.
• Responsible for ongoing management of VM instances migrated from on-premises to Azure environment.
• Responsible for developing and implementing procedures to ensure strong system level security and integrity.

• Perform activities related to creating and terminating user accounts.
• Perform Active Directory upgrading and maintenance.
• Perform Domain Controller upgrading and maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS
• The candidate must be well versed in maintaining and upgrading Active Directory. Also, it would be an advantage if they are familiar with audit requirements.
• 7+ years of experience acting in a customer-facing capacity, deploying, and supporting applications and services on Microsoft platforms in mixed client environments.
• Expert administration skills utilizing Windows Server 2019/2022, IIS, Exchange, DNS, DHCP and WINS.
• Strong networking knowledge and skills (especially TCP/IP, NetBIOS & DNS).
• Experience deploying and migrating users to Microsoft Office 365 cloud-based collaboration and productivity services: Hybrid Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• Experience supporting the following products: OKTA, Microsoft SQL Server, and Intune.
• Experience administering Tenable SC and Sentinel.
• Expert skills in deploying and maintaining virtualized infrastructures utilizing VMware.
• Strong skills using PowerShell for system administration.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be highly professional, focused on quality, customer service oriented, and have excellent in-person support demeanor for users of all skill levels.
• Willingness and ability to handle a wide range and number of tasks requiring all levels of technical ability.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions and context shifting.
• Demonstrable ability to work effectively on independent, self-directed projects.
• The candidate must be able to lift moderately heavy equipment up to 50 pounds.
