The Organization Change Manager, Specialist will play a key role in ensuring all IS projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on various aspects of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures, and ensure that supportive tools and training are provided. Primary responsibilities will include creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The change specialist also will work to drive faster adoption, higher utilization and proficiency with the changes that impact all company employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
The OCM, Specialist will have to work closely with many teams across the organization to be successful. The OCM, Specialist will support senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. The OCM, Specialist will provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions. The OCM, Specialist will also support project teams integrate change management activities into their project plans and devise appropriate training plans for major initiatives.

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities; Complete change management assessments.
