LOCATION: Tulsa, OK (Hybrid – with travel) Relocation offered – might be open to Los Angeles, CA

DURATION: Direct Hire (no Corp to Corp)

SALARY: $110K – $130Kish (Exempt)

STAFF to OVERSEE: None at first, but opportunity to build a team

POSITION OVERVIEW

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy & PMO, the US Project Manager Officer’s (PMO) primary function is to coordinate and inform the strategic and local initiatives of ( what).  Responsibilities include US growth initiatives (Operations Excellence, Airport Expansion, and Brand Repositioning).  Additional responsibilities include Fleet Acquisition, Selling Excellence, Optimization of Premium Fleet, RCM & Pricing, Subscription Services (Travel), Direct Channeling, and HQ Cost Optimization.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Working with the Senior Director of Strategy, PMO and the Transformation Director to manage the coordination of the strategic and local initiatives.
• Organize project meetings & setting the agendas.
• Recording action points and setting deadlines for delivery.
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring adherence.
• Production of the project performance slides.
• Preparation of the monthly BPR updates on the Initiatives.
• Ensuring the consistency of data/information and performance.
• Coordination of different functions at local and group level.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• 4+ years’ experience with Project Management/ Coordination roles in a matrix organization.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Google.
• Project Management tools (Monday.com, etc.).
• PMO methodologies: familiar with Project Management and Change Management approach.
• Strong project management disciplines.
• Experience with Matrix collaboration: Teamwork and cooperation.
• Planning and prioritizing.
• Analytical thinking.
• Focused on results.
• Ability to drive and influence others.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills, both on a proactive and reactive basis.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business administration, or Engineering desired.
