Job Title:  ServiceNow Developer– Performance Analytics

Location: Remote, but MUST reside in US

Relocation: Client is open to candidates who need to relocate, but will only pay for the cost of interviewing in person

Duration: 7 Months+ (With Possible Extension or Conversion to FTE/full time employee)

Citizenship: MUST be US Citizen or Permanent Resident Green Card

Hourly Pay: DOE – client willing to pay market rate for the right person)

Onboarding Process:

• Selected Candidate must be willing to go to the closest Client office location as indicated by the project team to meet and greet with a Client team member prior to starting their assignment.
• If the candidate is not local, client will pay the expenses for the interview

Job Position Details

• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and enhancements as the program grows.
• Must have familiarity across multiple business process – ITSM, HR, Vulnerability Response
• Must have 2 -3 years of Performance Analytics experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assist in the documentation of processes, workflows, and technical configurations.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods.
• Perform unit testing and ensure quality standards are met.
