TITLE: Senior Operations Manager

LOCATION: San Antonio, TX

100% onsite

SALARY: $80-$85K

INDUSTRY: Auto Rental

OVERVIEW

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in a rental location’s overall management and revenue growth. You will also need to possess a strong aptitude for sales and ultimately assist in helping to increase the market share of the location through superior customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Train all location personnel and ensure employees are receiving recurrent training
• Support and motivate employees
• Set goals to achieve company financial and service targets set for location
• Maximize revenue while minimizing and controlling costs
• Monitor and review pricing and availability of the fleet
• Monitor the customer service rendered by all rental agents to make sure the company standards of customer service are maintained
• Participate in all phases of Human Resources management, with the assistance of the General/Operations Manager, including but not limited to recruiting, discipline, training, performance reviews, scheduling, and payroll.
• Formulate action plans to implement and monitor ways to improve service
• Champion additional operational tasks as requested

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a manager or supervisor with a rental car company strongly preferred
• College Degree
• Minimum two years’ experience as a manager or supervisor
• Ability to set departmental policies and procedures
• Ability to supervise managers/supervisors
