TITLE: Systems Architect
LOCATION: Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid)
DURATION: Full Time Employee
Hierarchy/ Reporting To: Director of IT
# of People in Department: 25 in IT
Supervisory Responsibilities: None currently.
SALARY: $150K-$200KDOE

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client is looking for a Systems Architect who can see the big picture. Have you worked at large corporations, such as fortune 100’s to fortune 500’s, defining and architecting the company’s systems? If you have, and would like to build that success again, we want you!
The Systems Architect we are looking for will be responsible for end-to-end enterprise systems application design and development to best support the strategic needs of our client and ensure successful integration with existing and future applications. Architecting solutions will require coordination with and across resources with the IT department and with stakeholders across the organization.
Your role, as the Systems Architect, is to define the future of our client’s systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support existing IT systems and operational requirements, including:
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE):
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills and customer relations skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization, including but not limited to, developers, product owners and subject matter experts.
• Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of peers and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity.
• Results-oriented, diligent and works with a sense of urgency. Assertive, self-directed, have a strong affinity for defining work in deliverables and be willing to commit to deadlines.
• Ability to work and execute independently as well as across organizational boundaries.
• Ability to rely on knowledge and professional discretion to perform daily job duties.
• Strong ability to problem solve & troubleshoot.
• Ability to be flexible, prioritize workload and have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change.
