Job Title: Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer/ SME (Microsoft Windows, Azure Cloud, Security Solutions, Linux, Networking, AD, VMWare, AWS, RackSpace, Programming RESTful API, SQL, Applications)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX
Work Hours: 9-5 approximately

Reporting to: Reports to Tier 3 Support Team Leader

The Tier 3 Tech Support Engineer serves as the final point of resolution for customers encountering problems with our client’s products.
We are looking for somebody who has a great mix of operations and support skills with cloud applications experience on the ops side.
As the Tier 3 Tech Support Engineer you will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may impede the customer’s ability to use our client’s solutions.
As a technical expert, you are expected to act as an escalation point for complex support cases. You will need to become a subject matter expert for products and ensure the quality of service and SLA compliance.
• Bachelor or college degree in Computer Science, or related discipline
